"If I could give a lower rating , I would!! Customer service is horrible! Melissa is not a good representative for this business. I had been doing business with Parker and had no issues with him. For some reason they insisted I talk to Melissa for a new policy today!! She was not able to give me an accurate quote when I wanted to pay for a year instead of monthly. The math was not right. She said she would call me back. Instead she sent me a text. I responded, asked a question , I still haven't received a response , 11 hours later. I called after an hour and spoke with receptionist, she made all kinds of excuses. None of which were acceptable!! She then offered to have the owner, Jim, call me. He never called!! They obviously do not care about keeping a client happy. I would not recommend this agency for ANYTHING!! I am very disappointed in my interaction today. I have used them for over 2 years. They let me know today that I am not the least bit important to them. I will be looking for a new company to give my business to!!

JIM CALLED ME THIS MORNING, I WANT TO SAY HE TURNED THINGS AROUND!! HE LISTENED AND HE UNDERSTOOD MY LEVEL OF FRUSTRATION! HE CARED ENOUGH TO CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT HIS AGENCY! I WILL BE STAYING WITH STATE FARM AND I TRUST THAT THE ISSUES I HAD YESTERDAY WITH MELISSA WILL BE CORRECTED . IN THE FUTURE I BELIEVE I WILL GET TOP QUALITY SERVICE, AS I ALWAYS HAD GOTTEN UNTIL YESTERDAY!
